Account and order details help stores fulfill purchases and connect your rewards. Delivery requires contact and address details. Optional location helps show nearby stores.

Your choices

Change your contact details, marketing consent and optional cookie choices. Required storage keeps sign-in, your store selection and cart working.

Privacy requests

Use Contact Us for access, correction and deletion requests. We do not collect full Social Security numbers or store raw payment-card numbers.

Location data

When you share your location for pickup or delivery tracking, it is used only for that order. Driver and service-provider location trails are deleted automatically after 24 hours, and pickup location sharing turns off on its own after 30 minutes or when the order is finished. Drivers never see a shopper's phone number or email; delivery messages stay inside the app.

Drivers

Drivers who apply to deliver for the platform go through a background check by a consumer reporting agency, with their written consent. Results are used only to decide eligibility to deliver.

How long we keep data

We keep account and order records while your account is open and as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Security

Admin access requires two-step sign-in, uploads are checked before they are stored, and card payments are handled by our payment partner — we never see or store full card numbers. To report a security problem, see Report a security issue.
