What do I need to sign up?
A smartphone, a way to get around (car, scooter, bike or on foot where allowed), and a passed background check. Drivers carrying alcohol must be 21 or older.
Is there a fee to sign up?
The background check has a one-time fee, shown before you pay. There is no other sign-up fee.
When do I get paid?
Your earnings and tips add up in the app. Send them to your bank account or debit card from the Earnings screen.
Do I have to accept every trip?
No. Each offer shows the store, distance and pay. Accept the ones that work for you.
Will customers see my phone number?
No. You message customers and stores inside the app; your number stays private, and so does theirs.
