Getting started

Create a seller account, then follow the five-step setup: business type, how you sell (in store, online or both), store details, your store page look, and going live.

Your dashboard then shows a setup checklist made for your kind of business — restaurants, shops, in-store and online sellers each get the steps that apply to them. Steps tick themselves off as you finish them.

Help Center

After signing in, open Help & guides in the seller menu for short step-by-step guides: adding products, receiving supplier invoices, the register, returns, closing the day, menus and the kitchen screen, online orders, delivery, staff and PINs, deals, reports and connecting a scanner, scale, printer or customer display. Every seller screen also has a How to link that opens the guide for that screen.
