Questions, answered.

Back to Urblooc Business

Do I need my own drivers?

No. You can invite people you trust as your own drivers, use background-checked drivers on our platform, or both.

Who sets the delivery fee and area?

You do. Choose how far you deliver and what customers pay, and change it any time in Delivery settings.

Can drivers see my customers' phone numbers?

No. Drivers see the address and delivery notes only, and talk to customers through in-app messages.

What about alcohol and tobacco?

Age-restricted orders ask the driver to check ID at the door, and only drivers allowed to deliver them get those trips.

What if something goes wrong?

Customers report problems in the app. You get the first chance to fix it, and our support team steps in if needed.
